Nemophila

In Lumino City, Jun Kurosu is...mostly a normal kid. His mom works abroad, and his father is a bit unreliable. Mostly he and his father lived on the couches in his dad's office, rather than a proper house, but when Jun grew into a teenager and came out as gay to his parents....well, it was awkward. His parents didn't take it very well. They still love him and they're trying to get better, but it's slow. Jun keeps in contact with his mom through email. She took it worse, but is slowly warming up to him again. He moved into his own apartment to make things easier on his father.

In order to pay for himself, not wanting to rely on his parents, Jun's been balancing a job at a flower shop with his schoolwork. His classes are difficult, keeping him bogged down with homework, and his boss at the flower shop is the angry type. It's not good for Jun's health, but his boss has him convinced he couldn't get a job anywhere else. He's often working overtime and coming home dazed. His boss only gets worse, on occasion causing mishaps Jun takes the fall for.

I'm assuming part of the deal with Jun's roommates is that it's easier for three teens to pay for the apartment together than it is for each to pay for their own.
